Meet The Doctors
Dr. Candice Perry
Dr. Perry received her D.M.D. degree in 2006 and then completed a one year AEGD residency from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi.
After completing her AEGD program, she joined the Veteran Affairs Hospital in Fayetteville, AR where she practiced general Dentistry for 4 years. She received her Certificate of Endodontics from University of Missouri Kansas City in 2013.
Dr. Perry and her husband Brady were married in 2002 and now have 4 sons. They are pleased to be returning to Northwest Arkansas to raise their boys. Dr. Perry and her husband spend a lot of time at ball fields and enjoy camping as a family.
Dr. Perry has a heart for mission work and has been privileged to go to Africa with outreach Foundation visiting churches, schools and orphanages. Also, she and Brady have gone to Honduras with a team from Northwest Arkansas Churches of Christ, which brought a medical team, dental team, built a house, and had VBS for the children.
Dr. Perry is a member of American Dental Association, American Association of Endodontists, and Arkansas Dental Association. She continues her education through annual continuing dental education.
Dr. David Koehn
Dr. Koehn received his D.D.S. degree in 1999 from The University of Michigan School of Dentistry. He then went on to complete a one-year general practice residency at Mare Island VA Hospital in California. After his GPR, he returned to The University of Michigan to earn his Certificate of Endodontics in 2002. Dr. Koehn joined Endodontic Associates in Saratoga, California in 2002, and in 2003 moved to El Dorado Hills, California to start his own practice. He has enjoyed serving patients in El Dorado Hills over the years, striving to provide patients with the quality of care he would want for himself. Dr. Koehn also has a passion for mission work. He has travelled to Honduras to provide dental care twice and looks forward to continuing mission trips in the future.
